Kolibri Villa is privately owned and maintained. We built it as a home first, and we open it to a small number of guests each year who want the space and quiet of a private estate with the comfort of a well-staffed retreat.
Every booking is handled personally. When you submit a request through this site, you're writing directly to us. We'll confirm dates, talk through what you want from your stay, and arrange anything extra - chef, transport, excursions - before you arrive.

Kolibri sits inside an upscale double-gated community in the hills above Rose Hall - close enough to Montego Bay and Sangster International Airport (≈ 15 minutes) for easy arrivals, secluded enough that the only sounds at sunset are the breeze and the birds.
